Free of bias for how something is “supposed” to look, creating an abstract world of wonky whatever is one of my favorite ways of celebrating watercolor.
The process is simple: Start, be in the moment, and build.
I have my own interpretation of each composition, but seeing “something” is not necessary to appreciate this work. Color alone conjures up a mixed array of emotions and feelings that can be very powerful and motivating. Color is pretty cool that way.
